Whatever you are dealing with, I provide a safe space for you to be able to deepen and internally investigate so we can mindfully take on your complex problems. If you are dealing with relationship issues, codependency, addiction, anxiety, I approach all with curiosity. My goal is to have you leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and empowered to make new choices that work for you.
