I’ve always carried a deep intuitive knowing — a sense that healing begins within. Over the past 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals on their paths to self-discovery and emotional freedom. I believe that most illness, whether physical or emotional, is rooted in stress, anxiety, or unresolved life experiences. When these remain unaddressed, they often manifest in the body as pain, disconnection, or disease. My approach combines clinical expertise with a deeply holistic perspective.
