Are you or your teen looking for help managing moods and stress, working through relationship conflict or developing self-esteem and confidence? I provide adolescent and family therapy, as well as parent consultations, addressing a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, academic stress, divorce/co-parenting issues, and parent-child conflict. I have experience working with adolescents in school and clinical settings. I have also counseled adults who are struggling with family communication issues, stress and mental health issues. I've worked with parents who are working to support their children through substance abuse or divorce. I will listen and collaborate with you to find purpose in life, assist in making changes in your life through a focus on identifying negative and unhelpful thoughts, and I will support your search for a better way of living.
