I strive to provide a safe, supportive, empathetic and validating experience to all of my clients. I provide individual therapy for preteens, teens and adults of all ages. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and life transitions.
