I often say that my job as a therapist is to hold up the mirror so that you can see yourself with objectivity and free of judgement. Sometimes when looking in that mirror we don't like what is reflected back to us. Our perceptions may be distorted or the way we portray ourselves to the world around us may not be authentic to our true selves. I aspire to help you identify, define and refine that person that you are inherently meant to be.
