I am currently providing telehealth Hippaa-compliant videoconferencing! We each have the tools within ourselves to make it possible to improve our lives. At times, however, we may be so overwhelmed with difficult circumstances, relationships, or transitions, that we want help from a professional. I have worked with individuals, couples and families who struggle with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, marital and family conflicts, food and substance use. I tend to see many adults, as well as adolescents who mainly suffer with anxiety-related problems. I have a positive and respectful attitude.
