Since my time as a therapist, as well as solo single mother and solo private practice owner, I have observed that the remarkable moments and the difficult ones, (whether obvious or subtle), can cause us to go through life merely surviving or struggling. It is also common that life and soul work is just as challenging as the issues bringing you into therapy. That can make you feel alone and/ or lost or stuck! My role is to fill that gap. With a peer-to-peer approach, exchanging stories and experiences, utilizing practical and applicable tools in real time, we give your mental health the attention you deserve.
