With over 20 years’ experience I can support you in the therapeutic journey to gain awareness, insight, and understanding into the unhealthy beliefs about self. I specialize in work with couples; and completed certification in Couples Therapy and became a Certified Sex Therapist, enabling me to offer a more holistic approach to supporting you on your wellness journey.
