I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults both in person and online. I also complete psychoeducational assessments, gifted testing, and ADHD and Autism assessments. I have experience in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide therapy for children and their families to help them overcome a variety of mental health challenges such as developmental or behavioral concerns, school, and social life adjustment, defiant or risky behavior, parenting concerns, dealing with daily stressors, adjusting to phase of life changes, relationships, and career concerns.
