Tatiana Michel is a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience across a range of mental health settings. Her experience includes working with adults and adolescents on communication issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic underachievement, transitions, personal growth, behavioral issues, as well as religious or spiritual issues. Growing up in a single-parent household as the child of Caribbean immigrant parents, I experienced how issues affecting low-income, minority, and underserved populations often lead to misinformation and stigma regarding accessing mental health services.
