I’m fortunate to do what I love—helping people overcome obstacles and connect with their true selves. For 12 years, my focus was primarily on working with children as young as 3 up to teens and supporting their parents. I now also work with young adults. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, blending client-centered, experiential, and existential techniques. I follow the client’s lead, addressing challenges at their own pace, while offering support and encouragement when needed.
