If you are a woman who is struggling with self worth, self esteem, creating healthy boundaries, creating balance in her relationship, you are a woman who would work well with me. I specialize in working with women who want to be in control of their own lives but struggle to get out of their own way. Women are taught at a young age that they must care take, not disappoint and put themselves last. I work with women to unlearn those deep seeded narratives and create new ones. Learn to create healthy boundaries and build a life they feel completely unapologetic about. no longer trapped in fear, shame and guilt. I also offer coaching. I have have a bachelors degree in Psychology with a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy from Central Connecticut State University in 2006. I was Licensed by the state of CT in 2010. I currently train several different evidenced based models (e.g. MI & MET/CBT) as well as conduct an intro to Trauma training.
