My name is Tavleen Sandhu, but most people use my preferred name, Tanya. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. In my therapy practice, I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from various theoretical perspectives to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I often incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy. This allows me to address both the immediate concerns of clients, such as suicidal ideation or anxiety, as well as the underlying root causes, such as trauma or depression.
