I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Missoula, MT. I am committed to helping clients work through life's obstacles and help clients learn, heal and grow. My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I utilize mindfulness, motivational interviewing and psychotherapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
