I love working with children who need a safe, steady space to explore big feelings and feel truly seen. I'm especially passionate about helping kids heal from trauma, build confidence, and strengthen emotional regulation in a way that feels playful and empowering. I'm drawn to working both children and adults who have experienced trauma or live with symptoms of PTSD. I also support those navigating autoimmune disease and chronic illness, offering both empathy and insight drawn from both clinical understanding and personal experience.
