Hi! My name is Tayiba Mahmud, and I'm a therapist working out of New York City. I have a background in clinical social work, in which I explored different ways to connect with individuals on all sorts of life paths. I came to understand and deeply value the power of support through meaningful dialogue, and the impact it can have on addressing stress. I aim to create a safe space in which clients can open up about their inner worlds.
