Hi, Im Tayla! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts . I received my Masters from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and I’ve been practicing for 11 years. We can work together to untangle your thoughts and create space in your mind that you didn't know you had. Help me to help you begin to know yourself again, heal and bloom into the most authentic version of yourself! :) The first time we meet, we can get to know each other a bit, ask questions and get a general idea of what it is you’d like us to work on during our time together. I always believe my best strength is my empathy. I will sit with you in whatever stuck place you may find yourself.
