At Centered Therapy and Wellness, you will partner with a professional therapist who has 10+ years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I am a LCSW who strives to help clients become their best selves while helping them navigate life's obstacles. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, primarily utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy practices. I believe that there are many different avenues for someone to explore in order to achieve overall wellness. I am licensed in both Oregon and Nevada.
