You may be coming to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, unsure of yourself, or feeling disconnected from your goals. Many of my clients are navigating the aftermath of substance use, life transitions, or the invisible weight of always pretending to be okay and that you have to hold things together. You want clarity, relief, and a space where you don't have to justify or explain your feelings but just want to be met with respect and understanding. I'm LGBTQIA+ supportive and will assist with navigating the challenges that may be associated. What makes me and my work unique is the warmth and honesty I bring to each session.
