Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes pushing through isn’t enough to regain your footing. Hey, I’m Taylor, a grounded and approachable therapist who values both compassion and honesty. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy is collaborative, relational, and guided by your values, goals, and pace. I take a client-led approach and prioritize building strong, trusting relationships. My style is warm and supportive, while also being direct when needed. I don’t believe in "fixing people"—I believe in helping you reconnect with the insight, resilience, and capacity for change already within you.
