Being human is difficult. We can all feel stuck at times, like things need to change, things are out of control and moving too quickly, or we are exhausted from too much change. I am passionate about journeying with adult individuals to discover helpful insights to live with a bit more ease, to stay more present, to walk with you through the process of change, or simply to validate that being human can is hard. I see clients struggling with burn-out, anxiety, depression, existential dread, trauma, processing emotions, reembodiment, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and take a person-centered approach, collaborating with humans to use interventions that fit their individually unique personality and strengths. I meet my people where they are at and provide a judgment-free space where you can build self-compassion and feel that your voice is heard.
