My goal as a therapist is to cultivate a safe and supportive environment to help YOU feel comfortable enough to start, or continue, your mental health journey. I strive to work with my clients, and for us to figure out how to best navigate your struggles together. Everyone deserves a life worth living that is free of anxious or self-deprecating thoughts, obsessions or compulsions, and trauma symptoms. I welcome individuals from all walks of life to come and work through what they’re struggling with. My counseling style is compassionate and warm, with a focus on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. My therapeutic approach has a focus on CBT, while also incorporating skills and techniques from Positive Psychology, Exposure and Response Prevention, and DBT.
