As a therapist, I work predominately with youth and families experiencing stress, conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental differences, such as ADHD, and chronic pain. Through my experiences, I have developed a passion for viewing patients’ challenges in the context of their lives and personal experiences, recognizing that cultural and familial influences uniquely impact each patient. I enjoy collaborating with individuals and families to develop a treatment plan specifically tailored to the patient’s needs and values, with an intentional focus on personal identities and sense of self.
