I believe that therapy is most effective when there is a strong bond based in respect, trust and mutual understanding between the client and the clinician. I work with my clients to develop this therapeutic alliance, and use the relationship to help them feel confident while working through the various challenges they bring to the table. I have experience working with Adults, Children, Adolescents, Couples and Families, and have seen clients in a hospital setting, community mental health setting, and in private practice.
