Hello, I'm Taylor, a registered AMFT who supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and developing a healthier body image and relationship with food. I have a strong interest in working with students and student-athletes, helping them strengthen emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and find balance both in and outside of their sport. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
