My ideal client is someone who is ready to engage in a collaborative relationship to address areas of their life that are proving difficult. This may include difficulty coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. The client is looking for someone to process through their experiences, thoughts, and/or feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment in order to better understand themselves and how to cope with uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and events. This client wants a relaxed counselor who will also communicate with them honestly and collaboratively to support them where they are at now.
