I enjoy working with clients that are curious to better understand where complex emotions are coming from & explore tools that are personalized to support my clients' growth & wellness. I have worked with clients navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, addiction, loss, & low self esteem to achieve increased balance & self compassion.
