My work is compassion centered, life-affirming, and kind. My practice is a safe space to explore neurodivergence and gender/sexual identity. I provide support to autistic adults and adolescents and those with suspected or diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My area of specialty is treatment of anxiety (including OCD) and depression co-occurring with autism or ADHD using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
