I work in the states of Colorado (CO) and Montana (MT) passionately working with teens and adults with anxiety, OCD, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB's), and depression find ways to manage their symptoms and live the life they wish to pursue. Being a human is hard. I know you are nervous or self-conscious and I believe in providing you with autonomy and being present for your needs. You don't have to do it alone. I encourage you to advocate for yourself in and outside of our therapeutic relationship. This will help you maintain and continue to build improvement on your progress in our sessions.
