Hi! I’m Taylor: a fellow human and counselor. I work primarily with adults, especially young adults navigating identity, connection, and meaning. Many of the clients I connect with are curious about themselves, open to growth, and interested in exploring what truly matters. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to deepen your work, I offer a collaborative space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and occasional humor. My focus includes self-compassion, anxiety, self-esteem, women’s issues, mindfulness, emotional and nervous system regulation, values exploration, and strengthening the mind–body connection.
