I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping women navigate the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and all stages of motherhood with greater clarity, support, and self-compassion. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 15 years of experience supporting women through life transitions. I’ve received specialized training through Postpartum Support International and use evidence-based approaches as well as psychoeducation, to help you build insight and regain a sense of control and confidence.
