Whether you're facing anxiety/depression, life transitions, or wanting to build skills in emotional regulation, I aim to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and compassion. You're not alone and you don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m passionate about creating an affirming, safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. My collaborative approach supports individuals in exploring identity, relationships, and sexuality with care and respect.
