Hi, I’m Taylor! I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Whether that looks like anxiety that won’t quiet down, intense emotions, relationship struggles, or feeling disconnected from yourself and your needs. Many of the individuals I work with have lived through trauma or chronic stress and learned early on to stay alert, push feelings aside, or take care of others just to get through the day. Can you relate? If so, you're in the right place! I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, and difficult relationship/family dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed, body-neutral, and, neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
