I am a therapist providing individual counseling at Family Life Consultants in Collinsville, IL. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate clients’ needs, with some evening availability on select days. My approach is primarily person-centered and humanistic, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel heard and understood.
