I believe it is important for us all to remember that no two people have the same story. Having the ability to own your story is the bravest thing a person can do. I enjoy creating a safe space that validates both you and your experiences. Empowering you in a way that allows you to discover the strength that is within you. It is my goal to collaboratively work with clients that may be struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, self esteem, and identity issues.
