When life feels more difficult than good, how can you deal? Life changes rapidly sometimes, and it can feel hard to keep up. School, work, family, friends, relationships… Whatever you are juggling, I want to help you find balance again. Your current challenges or past wounds don’t have to define you. I approach clients with empathy, using a kind, direct approach. We’ll talk about things in detail and use creative approaches too! Since personal growth can feel heavy, I use playfulness and humor as we explore your challenges.
