Hi, my name is Taylor! I feel that the most important part of therapy is the relationship I build with each individual I work with. My goal is to create a space where we can allow authentic parts of ourselves to come through. I use a variety of techniques in order to best meet each individual where they are and explore what may work best for them. The approach I take integrates past and current experiences to help us explore and understand self. Together, we can explore your unique journey and grow the potential you already hold within yourself! I do my best to bring a variety of activities and tools to sessions such as mindfulness approaches, somatic activities, EMDR, and parts work activities. I focus in providing compassionate and affirming therapy for women and LGBTQ+.
