I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and honoring their lived experience. My approach is individualized and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and a strength-based framework. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. My role is not to fix or judge, but to provide thoughtful guidance and compassionate support, helping clients build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience. My therapeutic approach centers on relational, person-centered care, with a focus on authenticity, presence, and genuine connection. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel understood, valued, and truly supported.
