About

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults regarding a variety of emotion-based challenges, including attention and impulsivity, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, self-injury, and school difficulties. Through an eclectic approach to therapy, I aim to help my clients build skills in the area of emotion regulation, self-awareness, and relational engagement in order to reduce barriers to a healthy and joy-filled life across all domains: family and home, school and work, and peer relationships. I incorporate many different modalities to tailor the therapeutic experience to the needs and goals of my clients. I am trained in sand play therapy and specialize in play therapy and psychodynamic techniques. I also incorporate other modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to aid clients in building skills.
