My ideal client is someone navigating trauma, stress, or life transitions, feeling disconnected from themselves or struggling to break unhelpful patterns. They may be carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling stuck, or overwhelmed by emotions. Their goal is to heal, regain a sense of self, and build resilience. They seek a space where they can process, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence, knowing they don’t have to do it alone. As an LPCC and EMDR-trained therapist, I specialize in trauma, identity exploration, and stress management. I use EMDR, cognitive strategies, and relational approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is supportive, integrative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
