Navigating life with its many complexities and stressors can become overwhelming, especially if you feel like you have to weather through it on your own. You deserve to have a space that is dedicated to your individual growth and wellness, where it’s safe to discuss trauma, pain, and loss. I specialize in working with BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ adults who are navigating challenges with work, education, family dynamics, relationships, self-esteem, and identity. I use a trauma-informed approach that is rooted in commitments to anti-oppression and anti-racism. I work from a psychodynamic lens, integrating approaches based on clients’ needs to create a more holistic healing experience. My perspective is informed by liberatory and decolonial frameworks, disability justice, and the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.
