These are unprecedented times of violence and injustice. We are unfortunately reminded of unrest from 2020. Feelings of fear, powerlessness, and depression are normal responses to the abnormal current events. I have 25 + years of experience in crisis intervention and processing the effects trauma. If you are difficulty sleeping, sadness, and feeling on edge I can help.
