My name is Erica Blanks, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. So, why is TEA in my therapy? Because my approach is both person-centered and holistic in nature — just like a cup of tea. Our work together begins with time (T), honoring that real healing cannot be rushed. Through exploration (E), we examine life patterns, deepen awareness, and build practical tools using evidence-based psychoeducation education.
