Hello, I’m Dr. Barbre, or just Teena if it's easier. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am based in Orange County, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I set goals for myself and my clients and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress. I approach therapy with an eclectic assortment of approaches and tools to individualize our work together to meet your needs best.
