I'm a therapist who believes in real, no-fluff therapy-honest conversations that get to the heart of the issue. I don't sugarcoat or tiptoe around the truth, because growth happens when we face it head-on. My goal is to help clients feel seen, challenged, and genuinely supported as they do the work to heal and evolve. My goal is to help clients be the best version of themselves. In working with clients, I combine the structure and insight of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the empathy and collaboration of Motivational Interviewing (MI).
