Does fear stop you from getting what you want? Are you overwhelmed by your emotions and it seems like no one understands? I provide a non-judgmental space for you to begin exploring and imagining the life that you want. If fear has been a barrier for you, we will work together to develop a path towards fulfillment and success. We will work collaboratively to deal with the emotional challenges and obstacles that are leaving you feeling stuck and powerless. I am trained in EMDR, which is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. I enjoy helping people with navigating transitions, decreasing anxiety and depression, improving relationships, working through trauma, and increasing resilience. I provide teletherapy and am licensed in NH, ME, MA, NJ, and FL.
