I help adults of all ages navigate life's challenges in relationships, family, career, health and self by focusing and re-connecting you to those parts of your life that bring you self-knowledge, empowerment, healing, balance, fulfillment, self-compassion, purpose and growth. I apply an integrative approach utilizing relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, incorporating behavioral techniques and coaching with a focus on women's mental health, physical health & wellness, empowerment and leadership. Most of all, I aim to provide a compassionate space for healing and self-knowledge.
