Those with the added responsibilities of being a parent or educator may struggle to manage the complex issues this generation is facing and benefit from additional emotional support. What skills do you need to learn to live a more fulfilling life? I provide the opportunity for you to participate in therapeutic life coaching and counseling services to identify, learn, and practice the skills needed for you to succeed. I offer individual and small group sessions to appropriately equip you and support you on your healing journey.
