Seeking clarity? Therapy can allow you to identify and remove blocks inhibiting change, help you make more intentional choices by offering deeper awareness of your perspective, and/or help you construct coherency or a different view of issues that are plaguing you. While I enjoy working with clients of varying backgrounds and ages (and all are welcome in my practice), I specialize in working with those who are suffering from anxiety, complex trauma, sex- and sexuality-related concerns, and who are aged 16+. You can expect me to be observant, empathic, professional, ethical, responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
