The ideal client is anywhere from emerging adulthood (16+) and older. I welcome clients with a variety of issues they’d like support working through, such as life transitions, relationships, trauma, self-doubt, and more. You might be great at hiding your struggles from others while internally feeling overwhelmed or burnt out and need a supportive space to feel heard and understood. Being open to experiencing and creating change with a desire for growth is beneficial!
